Even had $4000 stolen from my bank account via identity theft back in like 2012, these guys and gals didn’t even make me file a police report or anything, basically just gave me a print out of my statement and said “circle everything you didn’t spend” and I got all my money back the next day. I’m not really the biggest fan of 5/3 bank as a bank, but this branch is great. Only thing I’d change is their hours. Seems kinda weird to only be open till 5:30 mon-thurs. why not just stay open an extra half hour?
